Shengji Held the first Plenary Session of 5th staff and workers’ congress and Civilization Construction Commendation Ceremony in conference room on the 5th floor at 8 Jan. 17th, 2012. And there were 99 staff and workers representatives from all units of company taking part in this conference.

The conference commenced in the Chinese National Anthem. General manager Mr. Gong Weili conducted the conference. And Board Chairman Mr. Zhang Xiqing addressed work report which title is emancipating the mind, improving style, speeding up development, and realizing company management and operation, which concluded the situation of production and management and priorities in 2011, and analyzed the situation we would face and scheduled the targets in 2012.

In 2011, Party committee and board led staff and workers to unit as one and be concentrating efforts on development and innovation, paid attention to company management, ran the activity of refined and meticulous management, developed new products, and adjusted the sales tragedy timely as market demanded. Company kept healthy and stable development, and accomplished the management indexes and work assignment.
In 2012, challenges and opportunities coexisted. Focusing on destination tasks, shengji should deal well with those issues including scientific and technological achievement transformation, marketing, fined management, and enterprise culture construction. All staff and workers should work together, emancipate the mind, overcome themselves constantly, face the difficulties bravely, promote persistence on tasks, and continuously push forward the development of shengji.
