In 2011, under the leadership of the board directors, the technicians of the company have been working on innovation and development, and made some extraordinary achievements in the scientific research and the development of the new product. In 2011 the company has accomplished 16 scientific researches and new products development, 9 projects have obtained significant achievements, 155 projects on technology improvement, 9 projects have applied for patent, 1 project has applied for Shandong Province Science Research Funding, 2 projects have applied for the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Funding. The total value of new products is 170.74 million yuan, the appreciation rate of new product is 32.2% and the technology worth 25.08 million yuan. In the June 2011, our PR2 valve has been approved by the experts of Norway classification society (DNV) which marked the valve manufacturing skill of our company has reached a new level. The development of offshore single tube – double wells thermal recovery device has filled a gap of domestic technology. The development and production of long lifespan pump of 2 years is at a leading position domestically and it has been put in small scale production. The development of none pressure operation device has passed the field test. The research development is also on the vapor injection boiler for highly dry oilfield, the dry degree of steam can reach 80 ~ 85% which has finished making the model and got through the authentication review. This product will be a new highlight of increase the efficiency of ShengJi Company. New developments such as the screw drill with domestic advanced hollow screw rotor, independent intellectual property rights of the double ball header hinge type universal shaft (ZL201220016092.2), long lifespan anti-abrasion rubber stator and hard alloy transmission shaft bearing, all of them present the domestic leading technology, and they have won three approval certificates of oilfield net by now.
