On the 15^th May 2012, the second set of the Automatic Chemical Tertiary Oil Recovery Equipment which developed by our Equipment for Tertiary Oil Recovery Design Centre was ready and sent to Jiangsu Oilfield. By now, our company has already manufactured 6 sets of the Automatic Chemical Tertiary Oil Recovery Equipment. The advance performance, complete    and convenience install and operation of this equipment has been grain a high comment amongst the customers.

Tertiary oil recovery is an important way to increase the productivity of old oilfields and chemical flood tertiary oil recovery is one of the most efficient and mature mechanism to increase oilfield recovery productivity. These equipments which design and develop by our Tertiary Oil Recovery Design Centre are widely applied to many oilfields. As the development of tertiary oil recovery technology, to adopt the needs of the small area chemical flood application, we have done further research and development on mobile integrated chemical flood equipment. It is modular, automatic, mobile and mainly use in 3~10 oil well for chemical flood. When site equipments is in place, assemble process of the units will take place. A mobile chemical flood injection station can be built in such way. Compare with the traditional way of tertiary oil recovery, this equipment is self-sustaining and reasonable designed. All equipment are adopted the high strength steel plate housing structure. It has high strength, and easy for facilitate to move. Once the polymer injection flooding equipment is completed, it can be moved to reuse for many times after task reuse, greatly reducing the site construction cycle, improve the utilization ratio of equipments, the whole equipment by using the computer and PLC program control, a high level of automation. It is an excellent equipment for small oilfield areas oil recovery. As the first invention of domestic, this project is applied for many national patents, and now it has wildly approved and received high praise amongst the users from Shengli oilfield, Jilin oilfield, Jiangsu oilfield oilfields etc.
