It was a hot afternoon on the 12^th July 12. The president of the company, Mr. Zhang Xiqing, the general manager, Mr. Gong Weili, and the president of labor union, Mr. Geng Yancheng who accompanied by the staffs from relevant departments, and visited the staffs of production line in various units of the company and sent mineral water, mosquito repellent and other summer cooling supplies. Beside the supplies, the actions of company leaders have really made the staffs feel cool in the hot summer.

Since the summer has come, the continuously high temperatures have some effect on the production of the company in one way or another.
