From the 26^th to 28^th July, 28 university graduates from China University of Petroleum, Northeast China University of Petroleum, the Yangtze River University and 11 other different universities have taken part in the three days’ Company Entry Education.

In the morning of 26^th July, the chairman of the trade union, Geng YanCheng comrade, and the HR director Li ChuanWen comrade showed their welcome and kindly communicated with graduates. Chairman Geng introduced the development history of the company and put forward his expectations of the graduates which was for them to be a useful person in society, to want to complete significant accomplishments instead of being high level officer, to l continuous learning for a whole life, to be a person who respect the law.

During the training, the graduates visited the production site of the main branch factories, listened the introduction of company R&D status, current product lines, and quality control system, learned the safety production regulations and HSE system of the company, corporate culture, general rules and regulations, salary management system etc.

The training also scheduled the meeting and communication with the chief technician Yu WenSheng comrade. On 28^th, the company organized a trip for the graduates.

After the Company Entry Education, according to the relevant requirements of the ShengJi University graduates training management regulations, the apprentice training agreement will been signed and they will officially start the one-year trainee work.
