In order to consistent with the Precise Management of the company, improve product quality and management level, the Well Control Equipment Factory has decided to set August and September as “Quality Month”.

In the afternoon of the 31st of July, the management team of Well Control Equipment Factory held a meeting on planning such activity. The chief, monitors, technicians and other relevant personnel of Machining Workshop and Assembling Workshop, all members of technical team and inspection team have attended the meeting and been propagated the “Quality Month” activity separately . During the meeting, the turnouts have discussed on how to improve performance evaluation system. The factory chiefs have analysis the quality issue during current production process. Setting requirement for all staffs to strictly follow the job responsibility system, clarify authority and responsibility, reward and punishment to ensure there will be a valuable outcome of this activity.
