The “15000 tons of HDPE liner anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion oil tubing” project by Shengli Oilfield Shengji has been selected into the 2012 Provincial Circulate Economic Demonstrate Programme and gain 10 million yuan of provincial financial fund support, which account to 10% of the total provincial financial fund support. This project can save purchase and operation cost of 9900 million yuan and 1.2 tons of coal each year.

HDPE liner anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion oil tubing re-manufacture production line and technology has been listed into National Science Committee Scientific and Technology Plan. Shengji Company has been listed as the first remanufacturing pilot enterprise. Such production line and technology represents the world most advanced level. The products’ quality is stable. The abilities of eccentric wear prevention, corrosion resistance, anti-scaling, high temperature resistant are great which can significantly increase the life-span of pipeline. The working life of remanufacturing line is 10 years or above, which is 5 times longer than ordinary steel pipe. Currently, such technology only available in a few companies in the United States and Canada and ShengJi Company is the first one to introduce this technology in China.
